    <description>&lt;P&gt;having 25 people over to enjoy the labor day holiday. we invited a lot of friends who live alone so they are not alone for the holiday. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;this is the labor day menu:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1st course is greek egg lemon soup.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;appetizers are saganaki which is the greek fried flaming cheese, and greek fried meatballs my wife made sunday night, along with small filo stuffed greek spinach and feta cheese appetizers, and dolmathes which are jarred grape leaves steamed, then stuffed with rice and ground beef meat with spices and cooked until very soft.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;serving a large greek feta cheese salad.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;putting out various condiments like greek kalamata olives, greek olives stuffed with feta cheese my wife stuffed. canned anchovies, hot cherry peppers.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;sunday i made a greek tsaziki sauce since that goes great with all kabobs.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;i am serving hot buttered rice and sweet buttered corn with grilled pork kebobs with baby onions, green peppers, and small cherry tomatoes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;dessert will be greek sugar cookies and greek baklava.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;i hope everyone has a great labor day and enjoys their feast.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
