Homemade pumpkin pie, apple and cherry cobbler, peanut butter pie, chocolate chip pie, and a cheesecake. Not sure if we will have a plain one, or make it a key lime or orange cheesecake. Also, maybe lemon squares.

Costco will be making my pumpkin pie as well...they are so good.I will make a pumpkin gingerbread trifle. It's light and very thanksgiving -esque.

Sweet potato pie Chocolate cream pie New york cheesecake I'm thinking about making cupcakes instead of cakes this year. Cakes are chocolate, seven up, coconut (experiment), maybe pineapple upside down variety of cookies, butter, peanut butter, choco chip, oatmeal

I think I will skip dinner and go to Kippy's house for mid-afternoon dessert, followed by a late foray into LadyPA's house for a late night snack. I was going to ask Lady if she could have some nice cold milk ready for me, but milk and cheesecake don't go together... you know what? Before I leave, what could be better than New York cheesecake with a nice cup of coffee for breakfast??? Poodlepet

I s just deciding that today. I am making triple layer brownies, apple slab pie, lite no bake cheesecake with blueberry or raspberry topping, and I am going to try the pumpkin roll. Someone is bringing a pumpkin dump cake.

YellowLabMom - love the coconut cream pie, homemade, no less!!!! Sounds wonderful! While trying to make a selection of carpet color for a bedroom ----- I had to go with the "coconut cream pie"!

I've been thinking about 7 layer cookie bars for a Christmas bake sale. Are they hard to cut with coconut? How big do you cut them? Do they get very thick?
