Lay a bunch of Ritz crackers on a baking tray, then a Rolo Candy on top. Heat up oven to 350* . Put the baking pan in long enough to soften the candy. Take out, then top with another cracker. Smoosh down a little. Looks yummy!!!!

Haven't tried it yet, have to get the stuff to make it.

I recently had 2 sleeves of saltine crackers that were going stale, so I laid them on a baking sheet, boiled 2 sticks of butter and 1 cup sugar for 2 minutes, added 1 teaspoon vanilla and some chopped pecans, poured this over the crackers, and baked 12 minutes @ 350. Cool before breaking apart. A friend of mine uses club crackers and also puts chocolate chips on them as soon as they come out of the oven.

They sound great! I will try it.

I have done something similar using a circle pretzel and put a hershey kiss or chocolate star in the center (on parchment paper)

also dipped ridged potato chips in melted Wilton chocolate, allowing to harden on parchment papter
