    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are not "fish" people, although we love Catfish.  We have had Tilapia a few times, but this time I coated it in a fish fry mix and cooked it in Smart Balance oil. It was really good.  What is your favorit einexpensive fish and how do you cook it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
