We are blessed down on the AZ/Mexico border to have 2 great farmer markets in Cochise County. Now its the fresh tomatoes, cukes of so many varieties, mesquite flour (from the beans of the tree), fresh chevre (goat chese) the list goes on.....What I am anxiously waiting on is the chilies!!!! So many diff varieties and so many uses. Its quite the party at our FM when the chilies come in. They bring out the big roaster drum and there's nothing better than a fresh roasted chili on a warm tortilla with a splash of salsa and string cheese. The only thing better is the chili rellenos I make when I get home. I can as many as I can thruout the summer so I have plenty of chilis left for my Christmas tamales!

I need a good toaster over David. Have the grill roaster basket and used it the 1st time on the 4th! Love it. The grill basket was full of bell peppers, zuchini, crook neck squash, big chunks of Walla Walla's and 2 inch pcs of sweet corn! What a feast! AZ wine topped it off! Drop by anytime!

Toaster oven please?

Blessings....

rie....(short for Marie....just REE)
