    <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed a link on the homepage for the Customer Choice 2012 Food Awards...I thought a customer choice had to have at least 4 stars.  There are items there that don't.  For example, the Georgetown Cupcakes only have 2 stars yet they are a customer choice?  What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
