Strange but true (and delicious)&amp;lt;/h2&amp;gt; &amp;lt;h3&amp;gt;You need (for 4 servings):&amp;lt;/h3&amp;gt; &lt;UL&gt; &lt;LI&gt;6 cups water&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;3 cups raw pasta (any kind)&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;1 tablespoon oil&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;2 onions, peeled and chopped&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;2 cups leftover cooked chicken, cubed or flaked&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;1 cup soft, pitted prunes, sliced smaller &lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;½ cup long-life cream&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;1 teaspoon dried parsley&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;/UL&gt; &amp;lt;h3&amp;gt;Get cracking:&amp;lt;/h3&amp;gt; &lt;UL&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Bring the water to the boil and add the salt&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Add the pasta and boil uncovered until it’s al dente (cooked, not soggy).&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;/UL&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A saucy business.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;UL&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Add the chicken, prunes, cream, parsley and seasoning and stir through.&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;/UL&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All together now.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;UL&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Drain the pasta and add it to the chicken mixture.&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;LI&gt;Lightly mix and heat until it’s warm through (don’t bring it to the boil).&lt;/LI&gt; &lt;/UL&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I'm so late posting. I'm at my Mom's and it was a 3 1/2 hour drive. Took a nap when I&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; got here.
