Thank you. I was figuring about 3-4 cups. I'll go with that.

I'm going to make the Brunswick Stew recipe and it says use 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned, etc. I don't have a rotisserie chicken and I would like to just use some chicken breasts I have already cooked. Does anybody know how much shredded chicken you get from a rotisserie chicken? I know I could guess but since I'm a tad bit OCD I want the correct amount! lol Can anyone help me?

Cooking is not an exact science. Baking is. Whatever amount of chicken you want in this recipe will work.

I think a rotisserie chicken yields about 3 - 3 1/2 cups of shredded chicken. I agree with Skylands that any amount of chicken you wish to use in this stew recipe will work.
