topic Who Has Returned their Vitamix and Why ? in Kitchen

I wanted to start another post that would be twofold in purpose.

I have had VM machines for almost 25 years now and I would not want to be without one, but there are many people that for various reasons of which some may be unfamiliarity have returned them.

I think it is a good idea to get information on why people return a high priced kitchen item like a Vitamix and this information could be passed on to the manufacturers as a "wish list" of sorts.

What I think is more practical purpose, would be to provide tips and techniques to future VM owners so that they might be able to both purchase and get maximum use out of their purchase.

I myself have both a Vitamix and a Ninja as well as dedicated food processors, mixers, and hand blenders, and to be honest, I use the Vitamix for almost everything that I might use the Ninja for except making snow as I feel Ninja does a superior job at that.

So.. who has returned their Vitamix and Why ?
