    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand portion sizes except when it comes to lasgana and shepherds pie. What would be a serving of this? Would it still be like a size of meat? 3-4oz? None of the portion control books that I have seen even address foods like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
