    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought some pears and put them in the fridge.  I just ate one and they aren't ripe enough.  If I take them out of the fridge, will they ripen some more?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I didn't know if they would ripen if they have already been refrigerated.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
