topic Customer Service in Kitchen

So often we rant about customer service and/or a product (I am guilty). Today I called customer service to find a contact from the product company. Well, let me tell you - was I surprised. I never got to ask my question. The Customer Service Rep. overwhelmed me with other alternatives and said to send the product back (after 3 years). She said she would take care of it and would refund my purchase price (less normal returned postage). Now where else does this happen? She was pleasant, informative and kind. In addition, as I was backing out of my driveway to take the box back to a postal station, I met the mail carrier and she very generously offered to take the carton.

Now what am I going to do without a pressure cooker?

Kudos to the QVC Customer Service person and the Mail Carrier. They both are good and caring people working on our behalf. Thank you to both of them. That's what "Customer Service" is all about. We should all take a lesson - "How may I help".
