topic Lock & Lock damaged in shipment - how do I handle? in Kitchen

I apologize for the placement in this forum, but I am hoping someone can help me. I am so annoyed. Ordered another set of Lock & Lock a week ago. It showed up today with a huge gash/opening in the shipping box. Upon closer inspection, the L&L piece in that part of the box is cracked. I haven't opened the box yet. I was hoping there was a way to just enter the item as damaged online and get a free return labe. I can't find such a thing. Do I have to call customer service? I am getting ready for guests and my son't birthday party. I don't have time to sit on the phone forever, package this up, and drive it somewhere to return it.

Thanks in advance!
