I have some questions regarding the NuWave PIC that perhaps you can answer..

First of all, how large is the red circle in diameter and does the temperature remain even within the entire red circle so that if I am making a butter sauce in an 8" french skillet will it work without much stirring ?

How much weight can you put on this regarding pots.. for example will a 16 qt stockpot of water be too much for it?

Do you know if the Sear setting will go above 400 or is 400 considered Sear ?

On a normal 20 A kitchen circuit can you run both of them at the same time without tripping circuit breaker ?

I read about the 99 hours with it but I am unsure what that actually is referring to?

Have either of you made crepes with it and if so, how did they turn out regarding evenness of browning and doneness.

Would the results you are seeing be good enough to consider serving the food in a restaurant/bistro ?
