I've got a lot of Polish pottery from Gloria, but I thought today's pottery was very pretty.

I've missed the Polish pottery -- far superior to the junk from Temptations -- but why Lidia's? Bring Gloria back with the pottery; that's the only one I'll buy. I buy it from her website since she left QVC.

I wondered what happened to Gloria. I have one of her bowls that I use to raise bread in. I liked the red poppies square dish, but, passed on it. Probably sold out.

Don't think so, this gal was Polish and married to a Norweigiano because Mary Beth said

"so am I". That other gal is Italian.

This is another stoneware co in Poland. I believe it was from the same area. Sounds like a very small company from what she said, items are very similar to CA.

The polish stoneware is very pretty. I have seen pieces at TJ Maxx though.

I have a small collection of the the CA Signature pieces that Gloria imported. I bought mine from her directly, from QVC, and from a couple online sites that sell them.

Although I think the pieces I saw presented yesterday were nice, they lacked the detail in design. They seemed to me to be somewhere in between the older traditional PS and the more advanced that we were used to seeing from Gloria.

And the prices reflect that difference, which might be a good thing for many viewers and might be the reason that QVC has chosen to go with this line of PS.
