    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else use this?  It's supposed to have all the benefits of green tea, in a powder form.  I believe the Japanese steep this for their hot tea, I just add it to various things like smoothies and the like, for the polyphenols (catechins) one of which is ECGC.  (Pronounced "mat ka".)  Found mine at Whole Foods.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
