      <description>&lt;P&gt;These things are the greatest since "sliced bread." The one recommended by America's Test Kitchen is the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A rel="nofollow" href="http://amzn.to/VHIVwE" target="_blank"&gt;Emeril T-Fal&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; and it has almost perfect reviews. it does browning, saute and simmer as well as pressure. I use the browning feature on my pressure cooker ALL the time. You don't need to dirty up two pots (the browning pan and the pressure cooker) --can do it all in the pressure cooker.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;And I love having it come to pressure and then time itself. And keep warm. I really like these and in winter, I cook maybe once a week with this kind of pot and then I don't have to cook for myself on work nights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
