    <description>&lt;P&gt;Among others, my ingredient is coriander (ground).  I didn't realize this was part of the cilantro plant, which I don't usually cook with. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;My 2nd ingredient that's a bit out of the ordinary is tarragon.  Both of these seem to take away the acidity of the tomatoes. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I love spices &amp;amp; herbs!  What do you all use that compliments tomatoes? &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
