After having thrown away several greenpans (GP), I decided to try the SS ones that are induction safe and was looking for a way to care for them and I ran across some potential methods for restoring the surface/cleaning. Using my old non SS GP, I followed them and worked on my 8" pan.

Yesterday I cooked pancakes on my newly resurfaced GP and WITHOUT any oil added to the pan they came out perfectly. I am very pleased and have great hopes for my new SS GP and am hoping for many years of service with them.

Now I really wish I did not throw my others away as I feel I could have cleaned and resurfaced them as I did my old 8" but now I know. Baking Soda & Vinegar paste and then seasoning 2x with vegetable oil.
