      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have the Creations, but have no idea about grinding meat.  Why not call Vitamix?  They have good CS.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

Jan said cut up a piece of sirloin in small chunks then in the Creations 5200) on #1 for 6o seconds for hamburger meat.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;the 7500 last demonstration was chicken chunks ( same as for hamburger) but pulse just three times for meatballs or chicken meatloafe. hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We need an updated cook book. but i love my vitamix&lt;/P&gt;</description>
