I recently got my very first kitchen aide Stand mixer. In the usenet manual, it says cake mixes should be mixed about half the time of a hand mixer. So if the mix says mix for 4 minutes, it should only need 2 with this mixer. Do you find this to be true? I'm just a little nervous
