    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was asked to bring something for a memorial luncheon tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I made the mini cheesecakes - kinda stole the idea from the Jrs. presentation.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I made 5 dozen:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;chocolate cheesecake w/oreo cookie bottoms and a swirl of cookies through them - then topped with crumbled cookies &amp;amp; drizzle of chocolate sauce.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Then I made a traditional style cheesecake and swirled lemon curd through them with a graham cracker crust.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I also made plain and topped with glazed fruits. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;OMG they were delicious and looked almost like the store bought! They were so easy to make ~ I used the traditional philadelphia cream cheese recipe w/Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
