I have recipe books from QVC for the regular Cook's Essentials pressure cooker....wondering if I can use any recipe from them in the new Cook's Essential's Microwave Pressure Cooker I just ordered?

Would the times stay the same?

""would the times stay the same?"" Heavens NO! You'll burn your house down cooking a stew in the micro for 60 minutes!

After listening to the presentation, you will need to adjust the times. If you see a recipe in the pressure cooker cookbook that you like, find something similar in the cookbook that comes with this microwave pressure cooker and adjust the time accordingly.

Not seeing the benefits to pressure cooking in the mirco wave. The electric p/c times are much quicker. Haven't read many good reviews on it either. Will be interesting to hear these new reviews.
