    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm talking about Billie's Broccoli Salad in another thread.  That broccoli is partially cooked.  It says don't use mayonnaise instead of Miracle Whip.  I also make that salad that has raw broccoli and raw cauliflower.  That also says Miracle Whip.  What terrible thing happens if you sub?  Usually I would just try it, but when they come right out and say don't sub, I don't. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
