    <description>&lt;P&gt;There were several foods my mother used to fix.  I remember she spread beef drippings on bread with salt and we gobbled it up.  Also there was liver and onions, tripe, rabbit stew.  They were all a long time ago and back in the 'old country'.  We were all skinny and no one ever heard of cholesterol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
