Has anyone tried flax seed crackers? In particular ones from Foods Alive? I understand they are a very healthly snack option with close to zero net carbs? My downfall on low carb diets is not having something crunchy to snack on (or even with cheese at lunch) so I'm very curious if anyone here has tried them. Your feedback is appreciated!
