Anyone purchase items "As Is " from here Q.V.C .is it in good condition?

I found something I like in "As Is" sale, I never purchased anything like this before there was a thread on here last week someone warned don't do it can you please, let me know your experience?

Some items come in like brand new,some products could been used by the vendor on the show demo.

It is a kitchen item, and not Tempations. I know it is o.k to return it but there is no warranty,disclaimer at checkout.

I have bought many as is products and I only remember returning one because a stone was missing. If I need something, I usually check as is, last clicks or clearance first The same 30 day return policy applies to as is, so you are not stuck with something that is defective or not to your liking.

I purchased an as is necklace. It was in perfect condition. I assume it was an on air or returned necklace.

I bought many as is items, mostly clothing. A had a couple duds, but was able to return them as defective. Go for it.

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from the "as is" section. Had great success with these. Purchased Dooney and Bourke bags from "as is" not such great luck. I think that out of the approx. 7 times I have tried the D&B section, I have had to return about 5 of the bags.

Thank you everybody, yes the prices are good and I don't mind if it is a returned item, just hope it is a little clean it is a Kitchen item,don't expect it to be perfect like new but can't complain the prices are a little better I have seen Temptations on "As is" they sell out fast I missed out on a Floral loaf pan in the color I wanted few mos.ago.savings of $6.00 some are still online.

now, for the shipping cost that is the same but o.k.

Last year I bought VPH's 4 Christmas Carolers "as is." They were just like new only I could see where the cellephane had been removed from two of the carolers and put back on. I love them, especially at the lower price I paid. They were perfect.

I have bought many as is Dooneys. I have bought clothes and shoes and jewelry from Carolyn Pollack to costume pieces from Joan Rivers, and kitchen items including Rachel Ray pans and other various items from AS IS and have never, ever had a dud. One time I found a pen in the pocket of a Dooney but that was the only problem I have ever had. These are good items and are worth a try. They can be returned it you are unhappy with what you receive. I check through the As Is items about every day or so to see what is new. If something good comes up in the lineup it will be gone fast. You need to keep checking. Most of the purses I have received have had the original plastic wrappers on the handles.

Ooops, I did not see this post until after I posted mine. I just bought something for the first time on AS IS. Denim and Co pants in black... saved money hopefully. Anyone buy clothes and have an opinion. Are they washed and worn and then worn out. Or are they just try me on and don't fit kind of things. Anyone know what the Q considers AS IS.

The only 'as-is' items I've purchased have been jewelry, and every piece has been perfect. I don't know if I've just been lucky or what!

Yes, I've bought a couple items - a few tops which were perfect, 2 blazers also perfect and 1 Dooney - perfect and still wrapped. I highly recommend giving it a try. You can always return.

I rarely buy regular items on Q. Most everything is As Is, Lunchtime Specials, Last Clicks, Clearance, occasionally OTO, and I shop the Q outlets in PA & NC.

Yesterday, I received my two Ecclissi SB Turquoise 'as is' watches, one in yellow and one in white. Neither had the plastic covers removed from the crystal or the back. The stem protector was still in, boxes in perfect condition. I saved $59 on each one by going 'as is'. These same ones were supposedly on waitlist. DH bought me a lot of AS IS jewelry items from Q. Never any problem.

Over the years, have only had one 'AS IS' item that wasn't in 'new' condition.

Works for me, but then I was raised to shop at places like Last Call, Kleins, Bamberger's basement, Off Saks, etc. You got lots more quality items for your money. I also shop for formal outfits at consignment or Junior League thrift shops and the like. Just because I do the charity functions doesn't mean I want to spend a lot of money the clothes I wear for one or two events. I shop the consignment or thrift stores, wear once or twice than sell back to consignment or donate to the thrift store. Rather spend my money on travel.

I can recall buying three As Is products- two of them recently. IMO all were worth the discounted price and all were for my use- not gifts. First was a D&B bag that was missing one of the small leather goods that was to be included. Bag was perfect. Next was the iconic IML ceramic watch. It was missing the box. Watch was perfect. Last was set of 2 small pineapple luminaria with battery operated candles. The styrofoam packaging inside the box was a bit messed up, but the products were perfect.

As Is is a lot like visiting a Q outlet store without leaving your home. The items still carry the 30 day return policy. Nothing to lose.

I have bought "" as is "" tennis from QVC. They came dirty . The bottom of the shoe was very dirty. I could not believe QVC would accept back those shoes and send them out "" as is "". I bought "" as is "" Temptations and they were great.

I have purchased kitchen/cooking items for "AS IS" and have been very pleased with each purchase. I purchased some skillets & and a sauce pan from The Neelys line, and found them to be perfect. I've also purchased a few temptation pieces- no complaints there either.

In fact, I have purchased a lot of different items "As Is" - beautiful front door wreath from Valerie was my latest buy, it was perfect and so full.

With the 30 day return policy, I don't hesitate to buy from "AS IS" , although I have never returned anything purchased "AS IS".
