    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2.5 quart baker cracked last night and it can be replaced for free but I have to pay the $9.99 shipping. I  have never heard of such a thing. It is a faulty product and I have to pay the shipping to get a replace piece? No more QVC for me. Products are no good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
