Just had this the other day, and asked for the recipe here it is:

Texas Firecrackers

4 sleeves of saltine crackers

1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix

1 1/2 c oil

2 T of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

In a jumbo size plastic zip top bag, put the 4 sleeves of crackers. In a jar with a screw on lid put the oil, dressing mix and pepper flakes. Put on the lid and shake well. Pour all of this over the crackers. Zip it up and gently move the bag around, don't break up the crackers. Do this every 15 minutes for an hour. Enjoy!!!

There are only 2 of us, so I made 1/2 the recipe.

Hubby enjoyed these crackers and said they would be good with a piece of cheese and/or pepperoni on top.
