topic George Stella Low Carb Cookbooks in Kitchen

I see George Stella has a new low carb cookbook as a Hot Pick. I was also checking some of his older books on Amazon. Does anyone own these? Was wondering what the differences are as I probably would only be interested in 1 (maybe 2) of his cookbooks. I'm not interested in dessert recipes or beef, but could use some good low carb dinner ideas.
