A good bottle of dry Sherry? I want to make French Onion soup for the Christmas Day and it calls for dry Sherry. I want a middle of the road in cost brand. And no I do not want to use "cooking" sherry found in supermarkets. The salt content is way too high and it's not the same when cooking with it.

Thanks.
