I've read about Kitchen Craft cookware, and waterless cookware in general. I'd love to actually use a piece or two to see just how it works. High prices for good quality American made cookware are worth it. Hope you enjoy your new piece.

I bought couple of pieces while on vacation, lately. Already , had a piece from long ago that is the best cookware U can buy. Very, expensive though. I bought the jellyroll pan and the 9x13 baking pan.

Wondering if anybody else was familiar with it ?

I bought one baking dish like 15 yrs ago my fav pan to bake cut up (shake and bake bbq) chicken in I hand wash it if you bake something at 400 degrees it says don't go above 350`, but, if you do anyway, it will warp on one edge, but, goes back to normal after U take it out of the oven. Great stuff. while on vacation few days ago I was at a flea market and the Kitchen Craft people was there I let loose and bought couple of new pans. Should last till I go to assisted living. LOL
