topic Searching for the Perfect Steak Appliance in Kitchen

If I recall correctly, at one time there was a cooking vessel that helped you get the perfect steak each time, I don't think it was a temperature probe though. Does anybody recall that? I am using the search, but no luck and I can't remember what it was called.

Thanks for any assistance...

Diane
