My shakers are the size and shape of the common restaurant glass salt and pepper shakers, about 1.5 in. square at the bottom with a stainless steel dome. My shakers are similar to white milk glass and I they have a black wire holder with a single handle that has a loop at the top. The top broke off and we are so disappointed. We love that thing. It is so easy to grap both salt and pepper with one hand (or 1 finger) and it encourages others to put both back where they belong. I don't mind if the caddy is silver in color or black or another color.
