You know, the solid pumpkin + evaporated milk + eggs + spices mixture. I don't have extra pie crusts. Could I do a crustless version? Can I just pour it into a smaller, greased casserole and bake like a pie (w/out crust)? </P> <P>Any ideas would be great. My DH LOVES pumpkin pie, so have more pumpkin goodies in the house is not the problem.
