    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was all set to make dark mint chocolate covered mini Oreo's - the chocolate wafers were melted but the cookie would not hold up.  I used a tooth pick in the center (like you would with Buckeye's) but the cookie opened every time.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;So, instead I grabbed a tin of shortbread cookies I had from Sam's Club and dipped half of each cookie in the dark mint chocolate - put them on a foil covered cookie sheet and into the fridge to harden - they are great!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Let's see, who can I send them to who will think I made them?  &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/wink.gif" alt="Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
