I love this piece-especially for my high domed breads, but my husband noticed a "valve" on top of it and started playing with it....the last loaf of bread I made dried out quickly.

Here's my question-there are numbers there-they are hard to see-and there's also a tiny arrow on the "valve" that regulates air flow. What number does it have to be on to seal it entirely?

I watched the video-there was no information on it. I want to assume if you turn it to 1, that cuts off air flow-but I don't know that for a fact. Any information anybody can give would be appreciated.

          Thanks,

             Poodlepet
