I have a question and I'm in need of a recommendation for plain black unsweetened tea for my Keurig? I just purchased the Classic Iced Tea by Lipton and I'm not a fan. Please help!

For hot chocolate, I use envelopes of Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix, put the mix into a mug and use the Keurig to send hot water directly into the mix, and then stir.

One envelope makes two separate servings for me.

You don't always have to buy K-cups in order to get use out of a Keurig brewer.

I purchase my K cups from BB&B and from the Kuerig site. Apple Cider is considered a "seasonal" flavor but I thought I saw it at BB&B this week. I'va also found them on Amazon.

You can buy tea and iced tea K-Cups directly from Keurig.com. They have a wide varitety of both.

I'm not a fan of making tea in a Keurig since you can't steep it. Also, the sweet tea didn't taste very good.

re:Keurig and tea..........I'm no tea expert, but what's wrong with using the Keurig to heat the water while you place a tea bag of your choice in a mug placed under the Keurig spout, and then let the hot water fall onto the tea bag and steep your tea?

Yes, you can use a Keurig for hot water, but Kitty was asking about tea K-Cups.

Kitty, the iced tea k-cups tasted off to me. It was like the flavors didn't meld. I made the sweet tea, and it tasted like a layer of tea, a layer of water and a layer of sugar, if that makes sense.

You can also put a package of hot chocolate or apple cider in the mug and run water in the keurig. You will spend less than you would on kcups.
