I made it yesterday.</P> <P>I think it is the best apple cake I have ever tasted,well I just tasted the batter, filling and glaze, not the finished product. I am saving the big cake cutting for Fri. when my company arrives.</P> <P>Thanks to the poster. The recipe was easily followed but labor intensive. It also makes a beautiful presentation. Without seeing the recipe here I would have never made this.
