Since the thickness can be adjusted without changing blades. I am thinking I could have my helpers slice &amp; bag all of my vegetables for a particular dish at one time. </P> <P>Anyone have the "elite slice" feature?</P> <P>I am single. Vegetables go into almost everything I make.
