    <description>&lt;P&gt;I only use it for baking, as a substitute for oil in muffins and some cakes, so it doesn't get that much action. It seems that every time I go for the jar, it's moldy.  I try to keep it in the coldest area of the fridge.  Lately I've been buying the individual portion sizes, but that's wasteful when I only need two tablespoons.  Is there a trick to keep it from going bad?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
