    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,   I just made my recipe as I posted it. Good news is that it worked out well with the measurements I provided. Bad news is I ate too much. They are filling. More good news is I don't have to cook tomorrow...we have left overs. Yea. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I also tried baking one patty..just to see if it would work. Used a little oil on baking sheet. NO GOOD. dried out. I guess pan frying in a healty oil, just to coat the bottom of pan is the way it is going to be. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;RJU&lt;/P&gt;</description>
