    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can milk made from evaporated milk be used to make mashed potatoes?  Yes, I know this is not ideal  Actual milk has got to be better!!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;However.........In a pinch, would this be okay?  Has anyone tried this?
