Last Sunday the Kitchen Aid lady, I believe her name is Laura, was whipping cream and she said she always added to the cream while she was mixing it a tablespoon of vanilla instant pudding mix. This kept the peaks of the whipped cream stay up instead of drooping and loosing the whipped look. Funny description of what she said but if anyone else heard her could you confirm whether it was a teaspoon or tablespoon or instant or cooked vanilla pudding. Thanks so much.
