I made these at my Senior Center Cooking class and they were a big hit. They have brown sugar instead of white sugar. I used salted butter and they were wonderful. You will need a cookie gun to shoot them out. Makes a bunch and we shared some of the cookies with the local Fire Station, for all they do.
