also a "malignant" anemic

Malignancy has nothing to do with cancer...it means "getting worse, may cause death". I am an RMA and do coding so I was freaked when I saw this on my chart.

Last night I went with my Hubby to a "denny's-like" family restaurant. craving meat???

I had the pot roast.

and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Very lean (or else I would not have been able to eat it) I did not think of the horrible videos or anything but my health. I knew I had to eat for the high iron (please...no judgements. I have been a pescetarian for many years so I know there are alternatives. Guess they are not enough for me)

And today I feel great. Lean meat and mixed veggies (and fries..lol...but they do not count) Lord help me to do right by myself and still keep in line with my morals....
