If by "good" you mean safe, than yes, it's still good. Unless you've had a power failure, it should still be safe to eat.

If by "good" you mean tasty, then maybe. Quality diminishes the longer you keep something in the freezer. It might be acceptable, it might even be good, but you won't know until you try it and by then it will be too late if it's not good. If you are expecting guests for Easter, I don't know that I would risk it.

A friend gave us a honey baked ham at Christmas and I put in in the freezer. I would like to have it for Easter dinner. Do you think it is still good?

Just to eat? No, the texture will suffer quite a bit. I'd use it for soups and beans and get a new one for serving at table.

I've never frozen a whole ham, but I often freeze leftover ham to use later, and it works out well. I'd think a ham left over from Christmas would be fine.

Call a Honey Baked store and ask them their recommendation. When you buy one they will tell you how long it should last in the fridge and also how long they recommend you keep it in the freezer.

Also there are a number of recommendations on line if you google how long will frozem ham last. Most of those say it depends on your freezer temp and how packaged.

I believe it would be fine to serve. I often will buy a Ham when it's on sale and I've kept it in my freezer for almost a year. I do not see any taste difference in it from a Ham that I bake as soon as purchased.

I freeze ham all the time. I try to use it within a couple of months but sometimes it gets ""lost"" in the depths of my freezer. I've never had a ham go bad in the freezer.

I would think it kind of depends on how the ham is wrapped. If its shrink-wrapped or Foodsaver wrapped its probably quite good. If its loosely wrapped or paper-wrapped it might have freezer burn, which would be easy to see. In that case it won't be "bad," as in make you sick, but as Sooner points out, the texture will suffer and the eating won't be as good.

Is it vacuum sealed? If it is, then it will be perfectly good. If not, I'd think that it has lost a lot in texture, flavor, and quality. Not to mention that it probably has freezer burn.

I know that the KC hams I order arrive vacuum sealed, so they are perfectly good for more than a year.
