    <description>&lt;P&gt;I remember many years ago that Southern Comfort had a distinct peach taste and I just purchased some as I want to reduce it and cook with it and I was so disappointed as I could not taste any peach at all. What was worse for me was that I wanted to concentrate it further to see if I could get that peach taste and I got distracted and  left it on the burner too long and it carmelized and then burnt. I was not using a non stick pan so I had to throw it all out and then struggle to clean my stainless pot.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I think I should have gotten the cheaper peach brandy as I taste nothing good in this 70 Proof stuff.   I was wondering if the 100 proof tasted better but store owner said only difference was the amt of alcohol so ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
