What was worse for me was that I wanted to concentrate it further to see if I could get that peach taste and I got distracted and left it on the burner too long and it carmelized and then burnt. I was not using a non stick pan so I had to throw it all out and then struggle to clean my stainless pot.</P> <P>I think I should have gotten the cheaper peach brandy as I taste nothing good in this 70 Proof stuff.
