      <description>&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;Angel Biscuits&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;1 package of active dry yeast&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;4 Tablespoon warm water&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;5 cups all purpose flour&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;2/3 c sugar&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;1 Tablespoon baking powder&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;1 teaspoon baking soda&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;1 cup shortening&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;2 cup buttermilk&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: 16pt;"&gt;Dissolve the yeast in the water. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda together. Cut in the shortening. Stir in the yeast mixture and buttermilk. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. The next day, roll out on a floured board and cut into biscuits. Brush with melted butter. Let rise for several hours. Bake at 400* for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Note: Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days. Biscuits freeze well. They should be partially cooked before freezing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
