Can't use anything abrasive on some surfaces. I use the 'blue' scotch brites, not the heavy duty green ones.

I've got a old Ultrex on the stove one and 5 electric digital ones. Probably like them the best they're quiet and don't hiss vapor steam all over the place.

I have a Cook's Essentials 4 quart pressure cooker. I noticed the last time that I used it that the non stick is starting to peel on the inside of the container. Anyone else have this problem? Think I will quit using it and go back to my old on-the-stove pressure cooker.

I never use anything abrasive on my non-stick. On the bottom of the container I can see a small spot already peeled so I am assuming it will continue. I will not use this pressure cooker again. I brought my old on-the-stove one up from the basement and dusted it off. That is what I will be using from now on. I have wasted too much money on non-stick stuff and I don't think it is very healthy to use anyway. Just venting!!
